• Returns Policy:

  • We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, only if the board game is unused and still in its original, unopened film packaging.
  • If the film packaging has been opened, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the board game.

• Refund Policy:

  • Upon receiving the returned board game and confirming its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

• Shipment Costs:

  • The shipment costs for returning the board game are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return shipping expenses.

• Conditions for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the board game must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Any returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Shipping will be calculated based on your address. 

• US, UK, AU, CA -> €5
• Europe -> €7 to €15

All shipping is customs-friendly: delivered to your door, and you don't need to pay anything else - not like your last Temu order :)
